From consumers who submit enquiries through our intake forms: name, contact details, and details about their potential personal-injury matter, along with consent and a TrustedForm certificate of that consent.
We share consenting consumer enquiries with the law firms and marketing partners listed on our Marketing Partners page, so those firms can contact the consumer about their potential claim. We do not sell information for unrelated purposes.
Every enquiry is collected with express written consent under the TCPA, time-stamped and certified via TrustedForm. Consumers may opt out at any time by contacting us.
